Beginning Jewelry
$325 per person
This class is 3 hours long and by the end you will walk away with your own ring or pendant by learning the following topics:
- Fabricating, soldering, and surface finishing with sterling silver
- Basic stonesetting
- Studio safety & equipment use
All skill levels are welcome!
Intermediate Jewelry
$400 per person
Topics are chosen on a student-by-student basis, depending on the interests and skill level of the individual.
This class is 4 hours long and may include the following topics:
- Prong stonesetting
- Findings, hinges, and clasps
- Surface textures and treatments
- Advanced soldering techniques
Students must have completed Beginning Jewelry or have previous experience.
Lapidary Basics
$225 per person
Learn how to carve and transform rough stone into beautiful cabochons. Bring your own stones or use one of our many unique finds.
This class is 3 hours and covers the following topics:
- Lapidary machine/safety/cleaning
- Cutting, smoothing, and polishing rough stone
All skill levels welcome!
Advanced Lapidary
$400 per person
Take your lapidary skills to the next level with our Advanced Lapidary workshop. Learn the tools & techniques needed to make a more intricate stone charm.
This class is 5 hours long and covers the following topics:
- Using a flex shaft tool to cut, smooth, polish, and meticulously carve detail in stone
- Creating one of the following projects: fingers crossed good luck charm, mano figa protective hand, stone chain links
Students must have taken Lapidary Basics with us or have previous experience.
