If you aren't 100% satisfied with you purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry for store credit of similar value. This is applicable for purchases within 7 days of receipt only. Store credits expire within 1 year of issuing.
The jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom orders that are under contract shall follow policies aligned with the contract signed.
Please note: The majority of ANK pieces sold are one-of-a-kind and handmade, therefore exact replication of the original piece is not guaranteed if the buyer chooses to modify or duplicate upon receiving.
