Returns, Repairs, & Shipping
If you aren't 100% satisfied with your purchase, we're happy to exchange your jewelry for store credit or a new piece of similar value. This is only applicable for purchases within 7 days of receipt only. Store credits expire within 1 year of issuing.
The jewelry must be in the same condition in which it was received. Please note that shipping will not be included in the credit, and custom orders that are under contract shall follow policies aligned with the contract signed.
Please note: The majority of AKJ pieces sold are one-of-a-kind, therefore exact replication of the original piece is not guaranteed if the buyer chooses to modify or duplicate upon receiving.

Please note that when returning items, they must be in the original packaging and use a courier with insurance and tracking (such as UPS or FedEx). Allie Keast Jewelry is not liable for items lost in the mail upon return.
We are able to offer repairs on AKJ originals and other pieces on case-by-case basis, depending on the nature of the repair. Repairs outside of normal wear are available at an additional cost.
We have relationships with various other artists and companies. If the repair you are seeking is out of our expertise, it is likely we may know someone we can outsource your project to, so reach out regardless. We'd love to help anyway we can.

We offer free shipping within the US for all orders, with international shipping available at an additional cost. All of our packages are shipped with insurance and tracking information.
After you place your order, you’ll receive a notification when your order will be shipped. We do our best to ship all orders within 5 business days.
For Custom Work, orders will be shipped upon receipt of final payment after your piece is completed and approved.
