All skill levels welcomed!
I’m excited to share what I have learned along my jewelry making path with you. Whether you want to learn how to make jewelry, design jewelry, and/or start your own jewelry business, I welcome you to my studio with the knowledge that you will love what you discover in both yourself and the precious elements we work with.

Metalsmithing Basics
Learn the basics of fabricating, designing, soldering, and polishing with silver.
Learn to make rings, earrings (other piercings), and necklaces. No experience required.
Silver and tools provided.

Private Jewelry Making Lessons
This is a great option for beginners to advanced, particularly for students who wish to work on a specific topic and/or prefer to have exclusive uninhibited one-on-one instructor attention.   Popular topics are those that students repeatedly struggle with (for example: particular soldering situations) or new topics (example: flush setting stones).
Topics are chosen on a student by student basis, based on the interests and skill levels of the individual.  Topics range from beginning to advanced, and some more in depth topics include:

  • Sawing/Filing/Sanding/Finishing
  • Soldering
  • Earrings
  • Stone Setting
  • Casting + Mold Making
  • Findings/Hinges/Clasps
  • Surface Textures/treatments
  • Etc.

We offer special rates for booking our 15 hour private lesson package.  This package is equivalent to the standard 5 week course.  Class days/times and number of hours per session are customized to each student.

Three Hour Minimum
It's simply too difficult to get anything accomplished during shorter time periods.  Three hours is the standard amount of time allotted to a jewelry course.  Choose from a three hour (one day) or 15 hour package (split into five 3 hour days at your discretion).

Contact us to chat about Private Lessons ahead of time, or book your first set of courses below and we'll call you to discuss all the specifics!

*Must sign and complete a waiver before your course time. Must also present proof of vaccination or a negative covid test.*
