Black Rutile Quartz Ring

This ring was handmade by Allie using a rutile quartz and sterling silver.

This specific stone was found at a yard sale in a box of hand collected rocks from all over New England. It was then cut, polished and set in sterling silver. 

Rutile quartz is a type of quartz that grow with acicular (needle-like) inclusions that can be golden, copper and or deep black. 

This ring currently fits a size 7-8.
